Ultimate Review <= 2.4.3 - Unauthenticated Persistent Denial of Service
The Ultimate Review plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to Denial of Service in all versions up to, and including, 2.4.3. This is due to missing is_numeric() validation on the user-supplied xs_reviwer_ratting field before it is stored and later used in numeric arithmetic operations during review rendering. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to cause a persistent fatal error on any page displaying reviews, making that content unavailable to all visitors until the offending review is manually removed. User reviews must be enabled in the plugin settings.
